Ingrid Casterlow
Ingrid Casterlow is a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a degree of M.Ed. in Special
Education and a B.A in Music.  Ms. Casterlow has a wide range of experience as a teacher that
includes work with handicapped children, a teacher of Algebra, Earth Science, Biology, Math, and
multimedia technology.  She is a published author and speaker and has held a number of positions in
the field of education since her career began.

Throughout her long career as an educator, Ms. Casterlow has received numerous awards including
being listed in "Who's Who Among America's Teachers" and "Outstanding Young Woman of America
Award."  She was also a recipient of the United States Office of Education Bureau of Education
Assistantship.

She presently teaches at Forestville Road Elementary School in Knightdale, North Carolina.
Judy Laidley
Judy Laidley has a PhD in Theology and has extensive experience in humanitarian work world wide. In
Brazil, she was a literacy project manager and worked as an agricultural developer in tribal areas of
that country.  She has served on nursing teams in Myanmar and Ecuador and has assisted in
orphanage work in Mozambique.  

In addition, she has supported humanitarian work in Cuba and has also served as a mid-wife nurse.  
She is  an experienced linguist.

Dr. Laidley is currently Director/President of PAN NC College of Theology Satellite Extension Program.

Carletta Denise Jemison
Carletta Jemison is a musician with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Meridith College.  She is a
psalmist and writer of sacred songs.  Ms. Jemison is also the author of several books for children and
is the developer and coordinator of programs for families and youth. She has over ten years
experience in programs for prisoners, youth recovery programs and is the author of a life skills
curriculum entitled, "You Can Handle YOUR Business:  Life Skills for the Real World."  

She is also president of the historic Crusaders Club of the South Durham (North Carolina) Community.
Wally Reynolds
Wally Reynolds is on the Board of Directors for AiLing Hua Foundation.  He holds a B.S. Degree from
Gordon Military College and a Doctorate in Theology from Brunswick Bible Institute.  Mr. Reynolds is
president of the Reynolds Group.  He also is president of Adonnai Productions and Recording Studio
as well the Chief Operating Officer for Front Line Supply, LLC and five other companies owned by the
Woodard Group.  

Wally Reynolds is a promoter of gospel music and is a radio talk host carried by 69 stations.
Mary Hinton
Mrs. Hinton has a strong  business background that includes employment as administrator for power
companies including Wagner Electric, Con Edison, and Pennsylvania Lighting.  She has also owned
and operated several small business.   She headed up the Student Activities section for Essex
County College.  She was an administrator for the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of
Public Health.  In addition, she also worked as an administrator for the Duke University Psyc. Nursing
and Design Department.

Mary Hinton and her husband are the parents of three adopted children.
